Over 20 years of experience in the customized kitchen cabinet and furniture industry has given us a unique understanding about warranty and after-sales service. This is why our customers always have confidence when they purchase kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, or other furniture from us because we take pride on offering only top notch products with great craftsmanship that will last for decades to come!

 

The validity of warranty will become effective once the production of relative order has been completed, the validity period will be 5 years for all of our products. To ensure that the parts can be replaced in time in case of incident and breakdown, we will provide 2% of free spare parts or accessories each shipment.

 

 

 

 

How We Deal With Quality Assurance?

 

 

Step one

If there is any defect or quality issue that is not caused by the buyer or any artificial factor during the valid period of warranty, the buyer would provide our staff in charge of customer service with the relative information, which includes order number, live photos and descriptions about the defects and damages.

 

Step two

We will follow up on the case in time once the evidences provided by the buyers are detailed enough. Some technical analysis & survey will be done, If the cabinets don’t be operated properly due to that our critical components are wrongly matched, or the case or part distorting occurs due to our incorrect operation during processing, we shall replace the defective units with new ones. The spare parts for replacement and compensation would be delivered to the buyer on our cost.

 

Notice

  • You have 60 days to report concealed defect or damage. Check the delivered items upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged cabinets to sales representative. If you have any questions, please email or call us (send us photos about the damage parts).
  • We shall not be liable for any damage caused during transportation. damage caused during transportation can vary greatly in scope and intensity. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any possible damage that might occur. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by weather, accidents, and other hazards and any force majeure factors.
